Typicaly 12-72 hours. However, it can take longer with some products. You are assigned a key account manager, who will keep you updated about the status of your request.
Yes. All our our products are purchased directly from the Manufacturer (or a pre-defined authorised channel). By default all warranties extended by the Manufacturer would extend to you as purchaser. And yes, we can provide a COC on request.
