The Request for quote feature (available for registered users only) allows you to select products you need and add them to your RFQ cart. You can then Request for a quotation with your Target Price and receive a customised offer.
To submit an RFQ, click the "Add to Quote" button for the product you need. Navigate to the RFQ cart on top right corner of your screen. Our team will respond with pricing, stock availability, lead times, and incoterms.
Yes, you must register to be able Request for Quote. And Yes, we do offer special pricing.
Typicaly 12-48 hours. However, it can take longer with some products. You are assigned a key account manager as soon as you place a RFQ, who will keep you updated about your request. any delays.
Yes. All our our products are purchased directly from the Manufacturer (or a pre-defined authorised channel). By default all warranties extended by the Manufacturer would extend to you as purchaser. And yes, we can provide a COC on request.
