DIN 41612 High Temperature (HT) Series Headers and Receptacles

Amphenol’s DIN 41612 HT connectors meets the fire safety standards required in industrial and transportation market. The 2.54 mm pitch HT connectors comply with the relevant standards like IEC 603-2, NFF 16-101/102, and EN45545-2. The high temperature resin is suitable for THR process. The DIN 41612 offers high reliability and flexibility in grounding and termination options. Applications include industrial (railway) and instrumentation (medical) segments. They are available in Style C and C/2, right angle header, and vertical receptacle.

SMA Cable Assemblies on LMR Cable

Amphenol RF’s SMA fixed length cable assemblies on LMR-195 and LMR-240 cables combine precision machined Amphenol RF SMA connectors with high performing LMR cables developed by Times Microwave, an Amphenol company. These pre-configured cable assemblies are designed to offer a lower loss option with superior electrical performance to standard cables.

The LMR cable assemblies operate between DC to 6 GHz, and are ideal for wireless communications systems and high performing applications such as base stations, antennas, and other telecommunication devices. The cable is constructed with a black polyethylene jacket, closed cell foam poly dielectric, and bonded tape conductor. All these components work together to make the LMR cable more rugged compared to other braided cables. The 50 Ohm SMA connectors feature brass construction with gold plating.

These assemblies are offered in straight plug to straight plug, straight plug to right-angle plug, straight plug to bulkhead jack, and right-angle to right-angle plug configurations. They are also available in standard imperial lengths of 6 inches, 12 inches, 18 inches, 24 inches, 36 inches, and 48 inches, along with metric lengths of 0.25 meter, 0.50 meter, 0.75 meter, and 1 meter.

AX-MARKx Color Coding Sleeve System

Amphenol Sine’s AX-MARKx color coding sleeve system, for use on Amphenol’s “AX series” male or female XLR connectors, has been designed to provide multiple options for customizing cabling systems with unique identifiers. With ten colors available, these sleeves feature an ample flat marking surface for printing channel ID, cable length, or even custom logos. Use existing marking equipment to ink stamp, heat transfer, or laser mark these sleeves in the field, or, if volumes are sufficient, they can be factory ink stamped to customer specifications in 100 piece minimum order quantities per color/marking combination. These can even be changed out on already terminated AX connectors, future-proofing users’ cabling systems should they ever need to reconfigure break-out assignments.

PWRBLADE Connector System

Amphenol’s PwrBlade power distribution connector system includes power and signal contacts to provide power distribution and power control in a single connector. Initially developed to enable the implementation of Server System Infrastructure (SSI), standards for distributed power supplies (DPS), mid-range power supplies (MPS), high-end power supplies (HPS), PwrBlade connectors are also available in a wide variety of other configurations with either solder or press-fit board termination. The connectors can also be customized to address unique application requirements.

PwrBlade connectors can be provided with one to 20 power contacts and zero to 148 signal contacts. Individual power contacts are rated at 48 A current-carrying capacity; connector configurations with multiple power contacts are rated at 30 A per power contact as tested for +30°C temperature rise in still air. An available cable port option provides segregated AC contacts for cable pass-through applications.

Minitek Pwr 3.0 High Current Connector (HCC)

Amphenol’s Minitek Pwr 3.0 HCC is designed for power applications with current rating up to 12 A per contact and wire gauge range from 20 AWG to 16 AWG for wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications. It is available in 2- to 24-circuits for dual row.
