7N and 7P Series TCXOs Oscillators
TXC introduces two lines of Stratum 3 TCXOs, the 7N and 7P series. With frequencies ranging from 10 to 52 MHz and a stability of 0.28 ppm over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, the 7N (7 mm x 5 mm) and 7P (5 mm x 3.2 mm) series are aimed to satisfy the requirements of the networking market such as base station, small cell, and smart grid applications, which need a stability of 0.28 ppm over temperature and an outstanding short-term and long-term frequency stability performance.
7XZ Series Oscillator
TXC introduces the 7XZ miniature 32.768 KHz oscillator which eliminates the need to design an oscillation circuit around the crystal. Measuring 3.2 x 2.5 mm, with 1 mm in max height, the 7XZ is one of the smallest offerings in a 32.768 KHz oscillator. The 7XZ has a 3.3 V Operation with a frequency stability of ±25 ppm over -10°C ~ +70°C. This part is also available in 1.8 and 2.5 V operation upon request.
7V Series Ceramic Crystals
TXC adds the 7 V series to its ceramic packaged MHz crystals. Measuring 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.8 mm, and using glass sealing technology to fuse the ceramic lid to the base, the 7 V offers a robust quartz crystal in a miniature ceramic package.
9HT Series Quartz Crystals
TXC Corporation introduces four series of miniature 32.768 KHz ceramic crystals. Aimed at providing a solution to applications where the component size is of greatest importance, these crystals fulfill the need for smaller and lower profile components. 9HT7 (6.90 x 1.40 x 1.3 mm), 9HT10 (3.2 x 1.5 x 0.75 mm), 9HT11 (2.0 x 1.2 x 0.6 mm), and the 9HT12 (1.6 x 1.0 x .45 mm) series of 32.768 KHz crystals come in ±10, ±20, or ±30 ppm accuracy, with the option of a 12.5, 9, or 7 pF load capacitance, and operation over -40 to 85°C to cover most required specifications.
BS, BT, CS and CT Series SAW Oscillators
Adding to its Differential Output oscillator offering, TXC launches a complete line of “SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) based” oscillators. The BS and BT Series are housed in a 7 x 5 x 1.6 mm ceramic packaging, and reach frequencies up to 700 MHz in both LVPECL and LVDS outputs (BS, and BT series respectively). The CS and CT Series are housed in a 5 x 3.2 x 1.2 mm ceramic packaging, and reach frequencies up to 700 MHz in both LVPECL and LVDS outputs (CS, and CT series respectively). They feature a frequency stability of ±100 ppm over a -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range; ±50 ppm devices are also available over the same temperature range.
SAW technology is ideal for the more cost sensitive applications that still require the low phase noise, and superior specs of a differential output oscillator.
Differential Output Oscillators
TXC Corporation introduces a new lineup of “quartz based” differential Output Oscillators. Known for their excellent phase noise and jitter specs, and addressing higher frequencies than the CMOS oscillator offering, the BB, BC, and BF series come in a 7 mm x 5 mm x 1.3 mm package size, with 3.3 V or 2.5 V operation, and offer frequencies up to 700 MHz in LVPECL output (BB, BC series), with up to 150 MHz in LVDS output (BF series). Higher frequencies are available in LVDS output. Standard offerings feature a frequency stability of ±50 ppm over a -40°C to 85°C temperature range, with ±25 ppm stability over the same temperature range also available.
